Ryoo Seung-bum

Ryoo Seung-bum (born August 9, 1980) is a South Korean actor known for his diverse roles in film and television. Born in Asan, South Chungcheong Province, he has established a career spanning over two decades, often recognized for his ability to portray complex and unconventional characters.

Career

Ryoo made his acting debut in the 2000 film Die Bad. Since then, he has appeared in numerous high-profile South Korean productions. His performance in the 2010 crime thriller The Unjust, directed by Ryoo Seung-wan, earned him critical attention, including the Best Actor award at the 15th Fantasia Film Festival in 2011.

His filmography includes a wide range of genres, from action and thriller to drama. Notable film appearances include The Berlin File (2013), Crying Fist (2005), and Arahan (2004). In 2023, he gained international attention for his role as Frank in the Disney+ series Moving.
