Ryo Katsuji: Japanese Actor and Voice Actor

Ryo Katsuji (Japanese: 勝地涼) is a Japanese actor and voice actor born on August 20, 1986, in Tokyo, Japan. He is represented by the Foster Management Office.

Career and Filmography

Katsuji has maintained an active career in Japanese film, television dramas, and voice acting since his early career in the 2000s. His early film credits include Shunji Iwai's All About Lily Chou-Chou (2001) and Kinji Fukasaku's Battle Royale II: Requiem (2003). In 2005, he appeared in the action-thriller Aegis (Bokoku no îgisu), a performance that earned him the "Rookie of the Year" award at the 29th Japan Academy Prize ceremony in March 2006.

As a voice actor, Katsuji has contributed to several anime and video game projects, including voicing Agito in the animated feature Origin: Spirits of the Past (2006) and providing the voice for Nowe in the Japanese version of the action role-playing video game Drakengard 2 (2005).
