Rosemary (Korean: 로즈마리) is a South Korean television drama series that aired on KBS2 from October 29 to December 25, 2003. The series consists of 18 episodes and was broadcast on Wednesday and Thursday nights at 21:50.

Plot
The story follows Lee Jung-yeon, an ordinary housewife living with her husband, Choi Young-do, and their two children. Her life changes significantly after she is diagnosed with a terminal illness. As she faces her mortality, she begins to prepare her family for life without her. The narrative explores the husband's growing regret over his past behavior as he witnesses his wife's declining health. A central plot element involves a young woman named Shin Kyoung-su, who, with the encouragement of Lee Jung-yeon, eventually takes on a maternal role for the children.
