Romantic Heaven (Korean: 로맨틱 헤븐) is a 2011 South Korean film written and directed by Jang Jin. The film is characterized by its exploration of interconnected lives, focusing on individuals who cross paths within a hospital setting. The narrative weaves together the experiences of a lawyer grieving his wife, a taxi driver caring for a grandparent with Alzheimer's disease, and a woman seeking a bone marrow donor for her mother.

Production
The film was produced by Kang Woo-Suk under the production company KnJ Entertainment, with cinematography by Kim Joon-Young. Principal photography for the project commenced on August 9, 2010. It was distributed by Cinema Service and received a theatrical release in South Korea on March 24, 2011.

Romantic Heaven was screened at several international film festivals, including the 13th Udine Far East Film Festival in 2011 and the 44th International Film Festival Rotterdam in 2015 as part of the "Signals: Jang Jin" program. At the 48th Daejong Film Awards in 2011, Shim Eun-Kyeong received the award for Best Supporting Actress for her performance in the film.
