Rina Ohta

Rina Ohta (太田莉菜, Ōta Rina) is a Japanese actress and model born on January 11, 1988, in Japan. Standing at 170 cm tall, she has built a diverse career performing in various Japanese films and television drama series.

Career

Rina Ohta has appeared in numerous cinematic and television productions since her debut in the mid-2000s. Her notable film credits include roles in 69 (2004), Humoresque: Sakasama no chou (2006), Sushi King Goes to New York (2008), and The Brain Man (2013). She also portrayed Mayaya in the live-action adaptation of Princess Jellyfish (2014), Kasha in The Next Generation Patlabor series (2014–2015), Maria Renjou in Terra Formars (2016), Haruka in The 100th Love with You (2017), Natasha in Lupin's Daughter: The Movie (2021), and Watanabe in Oi Handsome!! (2024).

In addition to her work in film, Ohta has maintained an active presence in Japanese television dramas. Her television credits include appearances in Long Goodbye (NHK, 2014), Raise de wa Chanto Shimasu (TV Tokyo-Paravi, 2020), Tokkai (WOWOW, 2021), Oi Handsome (Fuji TV, 2022), Ms. Saionji Doesn't Do Housework (TBS, 2024), and Tokyo P.D.
