Return of the Corpse (2012 Film)
Return of the Corpse (Korean: 시체가 돌아왔다; RR: Sichega Dolawattda), also known by its English title Over My Dead Body, is a 2012 South Korean crime-comedy film directed by Woo Sun-Ho. The film was released on March 29, 2012, and features a screenplay written by Woo Sun-Ho and Kim Whee.

Plot
The story follows Baek Hyun-Chul (Lee Beom-Soo), a researcher involved in labor protests against a company president who has embezzled a valuable semiconductor chip. During an escape attempt, the president implants the chip into his own arm. Following a series of events, including the suspicious injury of Hyun-Chul's colleague Han Jin-Soo, Hyun-Chul and Han's daughter, Dong-Hwa (Kim Ok-Vin), devise a scheme to steal the president's body from a hospital morgue to hold it for ransom. Their plan takes an unexpected turn when they discover the individual they have abducted is not a corpse, but a living man named Ahn Jin-Oh (Ryoo Seung-Bum).
Production
Principal photography for the film commenced on June 6, 2011, and concluded on September 20, 2011. The final sequence filmed was a car chase involving the character Baek Hyun-Chul, which was shot at the Namyangju Studio Complex in Gyeonggi Province.

Reception
The film was screened at the 16th Puchon International Fantastic Film Festival in July 2012 as part of the World Fantastic Cinema section.
