Remember: War of the Son

Remember: War of the Son (Korean: 리멤버) is a South Korean television drama series that aired on SBS from December 9, 2015, to February 18, 2016. The series follows the story of Seo Jin-woo, a young lawyer who possesses hyperthymesia, a condition that grants him the ability to recall almost every moment of his life in perfect detail. Jin-woo becomes a lawyer with the specific goal of proving the innocence of his father, who has been wrongly accused of a crime. As he navigates the complex legal system, he faces the personal challenge of early-onset Alzheimer's disease, which threatens to erase the very memories he relies on to seek justice.

Production

The series was directed by Lee Chang-min and written by Yoon Hyun-ho. The first script reading for the production took place on November 2, 2015, at the SBS Production Center in Ilsan, South Korea. The drama occupied the Wednesday and Thursday 21:55 time slot on SBS, succeeding The Village: Achiara's Secret and preceding Come Back Mister.
