Red Moon Blue Sun (Korean: 붉은 달 푸른 해; RR: Beulgeun Dal Peureun Hae) is a South Korean television thriller series that aired on MBC from November 21, 2018, to January 16, 2019. The drama, which consists of 32 episodes, was directed by Choi Jung-Kyu and written by Do Hyun-Jung.
Plot
The story follows Cha Woo-Kyung (Kim Sun-A), a child counselor whose life appears stable and successful. Her perspective shifts following a mysterious accident, leading her to uncover hidden truths. Alongside her is Kang Ji-Hun (Lee Yi-Kyung), a dedicated detective who believes in the strict enforcement of the law. As the narrative progresses, both characters confront their own past traumas while investigating a series of complex incidents.

The series occupied the Wednesday and Thursday 22:00 time slot on MBC, succeeding My Secret, Terrius and preceding Spring Turns to Spring. A special recap episode covering episodes 1 through 16 was broadcast on December 19, 2018.
