R-Point (2004 Film)
R-Point (Korean: 알포인트) is a 2004 South Korean horror film directed and written by Kong Su-Chang. Set during the Vietnam War, the narrative blends elements of psychological horror with military drama.

Plot
The story takes place in 1972, near the end of the Vietnam War. Lieutenant Choi Tae-in, the sole survivor of a previous military engagement, is tasked by the CID department to lead a scouting unit into the jungle. The mission is prompted by an inexplicable radio transmission received from a group of soldiers who had been reported missing and presumed dead six months prior. As the unit ventures deeper into the jungle, they encounter a mysterious location marked by a gravestone bearing the inscription: "No Return; He who sheds others' blood can not return."

The film was released in South Korea on August 13, 2004. It has a runtime of 107 minutes and is primarily in the Korean language.
