Quiz King (2010 Film)
Quiz King (Korean: 퀴즈왕; RR: Kwijeu Wang) is a 2010 South Korean comedy film written and directed by Jang Jin. The film, which runs for 121 minutes, was released in South Korea on September 16, 2010, and was distributed by Cinema Service.

Plot
The story begins with a four-car collision on a riverside road near midnight, which results in one fatality. The individuals involved in the accident are forced to congregate at a local police station. The group includes a diverse set of characters: Do-Yeop (Kim Soo-Ro) and Sang-Kil (Han Jae-Seok), a married couple Sang-Do (Ryu Seung-Ryong) and Pal-Nyeo (Jang Young-Nam), depression support group members Yeo-Na (Shim Eun-Kyeong) and Jung-Sang (Kim Byeong-Ok), and a father-son duo, Ho-Man (Song Young-Chang) and Ji-Yong (Lee Ji-Yong).
While the police process the scene and examine the belongings of the deceased victim, they discover a password-protected USB flash drive. The group at the police station collaborates to bypass the security and access the drive's contents. They eventually discover that the drive contains the answer to the 30th and final question of a high-stakes quiz show with a grand prize of $1.3 million. Realizing the potential for wealth, the group members decide to participate in the show, aiming to answer the first 29 questions correctly to reach the final round.

Quiz King was directed and written by Jang Jin. The cinematography was handled by Kim Joon-Young, with production duties shared by Kim Sung-Jin and Jo Hyun-Suk. The film was showcased at the 44th International Film Festival Rotterdam in 2015 as part of the "Signals: Jang Jin" program.
