Puzzle (2018 South Korean Film)

Puzzle is a South Korean mystery-thriller film released in 2018. Directed and written by Lim Jin-Seung, the film explores themes of paranoia and criminal mystery. It was distributed by Dreamfact Entertainment and has a runtime of 90 minutes.

Plot

The story follows Jung Do-Joon (Ji Seung-Hyun), a successful writer who also maintains a steady job. While his wife and child reside abroad for educational purposes, Do-Joon struggles with intense, delusional jealousy regarding his wife. Following a night of drinking, he encounters a mysterious woman named Se-Ryeon (Lee Se-Mi). The following day, Do-Joon discovers he has become involved in a murder and begins receiving threats, forcing him to navigate a dangerous situation.

Production

Principal photography for Puzzle commenced on February 13, 2017, and concluded on March 13, 2017. The film was produced by Kang Dong-Suk, with cinematography handled by Ahn Hee-Sung.
