Punch Lady (Korean: 펀치레이디) is a 2007 South Korean film directed by Kang Hyo-jin. Blending elements of drama and action, the film explores themes of domestic conflict and personal empowerment. It was released in South Korea on October 25, 2007, with a runtime of 121 minutes.

Plot

The narrative centers on Ha-eun, played by Do Ji-won, who is married to Kwak Joo-chang, a professional mixed martial arts champion portrayed by Park Sang-wook. Joo-chang is depicted as an abusive husband who frequently utilizes his combat skills, such as low kicks and chokes, outside of the professional ring. Driven by a desire to reclaim her agency and escape the cycle of abuse, Ha-eun publicly challenges her husband to a formal duel in the ring.
