Pump Up the Healthy Love (Korean: 24시 헬스클럽) is a South Korean television drama series that premiered on KBS2 in 2025. The series aired on Wednesday and Thursday nights at 21:50, beginning on April 30, 2025, and concluding on June 5, 2025.
Plot
The story follows Do Hyun-Joong (played by Lee Jun-Young), a former competitive bodybuilder who achieved success at the Mr. David Competition. Following his sudden departure from the professional circuit, he transitions into the role of a gym owner and trainer at a neighborhood facility. His efforts to revitalize the business lead him to recruit new members, including Lee Mi-Ran (played by Jung Eun-Ji). Lee Mi-Ran, who has no prior experience with fitness, joins the gym following a difficult breakup, seeking a transformation under Do Hyun-Joong's guidance.
Production
The series was directed by Park Joon-Soo with a screenplay written by Kim Ji-Soo. It occupied the Wednesday and Thursday 21:50 time slot on KBS2, following the conclusion of the series Villains Everywhere. It was succeeded in the same time slot by The First Night With the Duke on June 11, 2025.
