Poong, The Joseon Psychiatrist 2 is a South Korean television drama that aired on the tvN network in 2023. It serves as the second season to the 2022 series Poong, The Joseon Psychiatrist. The series is based on the novel Joseon Jungshingwa Uisa Yoosepoong by Lee Eun-So, which was published by Saeum in 2018.

Plot Overview
The story continues to follow the physician Yoo Se-Poong, portrayed by Kim Min-Jae, as he works alongside Gye Ji-Han (Kim Sang-Kyung) at the Gyesu Clinic. In this season, the clinic expands its operations by opening a branch in the capital city of Hanyang. Meanwhile, Seo Eun-Woo (Kim Hyang-Gi) maintains contact with the clinic staff through letters from Heuksan Island. The narrative takes a turn when an epidemic breaks out within the royal palace, leading the king to seek assistance from Yoo Se-Poong to address both the physical illness and the mysterious occurrences reported by those affected.

The drama was directed by Park Won-Gook, with a screenplay written by Park Seul-Ki and Lee Bom. It consists of 10 episodes and was broadcast on Wednesday and Thursday at 22:30. The series premiered on January 11, 2023, and concluded on February 9, 2023, taking over the time slot previously occupied by Yumi's Cells S2.
