Person Who Gives Happiness (Korean: 행복을 주는 사람; RR: Haengbokeul Juneun Saram) is a South Korean television drama series that aired on the MBC network. The series ran for 118 episodes from November 21, 2016, to May 12, 2017, occupying the Monday-Friday 19:15 time slot.

Plot

The story follows Im Eun-Hee (Lee Yoon-Ji), who was separated from her younger sister, Eun-A, during their childhood in an orphanage. As an adult, Eun-Hee adopts a young boy named Ha-Yoon (Jo Yeon-Ho), who was abandoned at birth and later becomes a child actor. Conflict arises when Ha-Yoon's biological mother reappears, attempting to reclaim him, forcing Eun-Hee to fight to protect her son.

Production

The series was directed by Lee Sung-Joon and Park Seung-Woo, with the screenplay written by Park Ji-Hyun. It followed the drama Begin Again and was succeeded by Return of Fortunate Bok.
