Pavane (2026 South Korean Film)
Pavane is a 2026 South Korean drama film directed by Lee Jong-Pil. The film is based on the novel Jookeun Wangnyeoreul Wihan Pavane by author Park Min-Kyu, which was originally published on July 20, 2009, by Wisdom House. The production was distributed by Netflix and features a runtime of 113 minutes.

Plot
The narrative centers on three individuals working at a department store who struggle with self-acceptance. Mi-Jung (played by Ko Ah-Sung) is a department store employee who maintains a reserved, gloomy disposition, often avoiding eye contact with others. Yo-Han (Byun Yo-Han) is a free-spirited individual who works in the department store parking lot and finds solace in rock music and classic romantic cinema. Kyeong-Rok (Moon Sang-Min), who has abandoned his personal dreams, joins the same workplace and develops feelings for Mi-Jung. Together, the three characters navigate their personal challenges and find support in one another.

The film's production commenced on May 8, 2024. The screenplay was written by Lee Jong-Pil and Son Mi, adapting the source material by Park Min-Kyu. The cinematography was handled by Kim Sung-An, with production overseen by Kim Woo-Seong.
