Plot Synopsis
The narrative focuses on the diverse experiences of individuals living on Jeju Island. Key characters include Lee Dong-Seok (Lee Byung-Hun), a man born on the island who works as a street vendor, and Min Seon-A (Shin Min-A), who arrives on the island with a hidden past. Other storylines involve Choi Han-Su (Cha Seung-Won), a man who returns to his hometown after living on the mainland, and his first love, Jung Eun-Hui (Lee Jung-Eun). The series also explores the life of Lee Yeong-Ok (Han Ji-Min), a haenyeo (female diver) who faces local scrutiny, and her relationship with Park Jeong-Jun (Kim Woo-Bin), a fishing boat captain.
