One the Woman (South Korean Television Series)

One the Woman (Korean: 원 더 우먼) is a South Korean television series that aired on SBS from September 17 to November 6, 2021. The series consists of 16 episodes and was broadcast in the Friday and Saturday 22:00 time slot. It followed The Penthouse 3 and was succeeded by Now, We Are Breaking Up.

Plot

The story centers on Jo Yeon-Joo, a corrupt prosecutor who suffers from memory loss following an incident. Due to a striking physical resemblance, she is mistaken for Kang Mi-Na, the daughter-in-law of a powerful chaebol family. As she navigates her new life, she crosses paths with Han Seung-Wook, a chaebol heir who remains haunted by his past.

Production

The series was directed by Choi Hyeong-Hun and written by Kim Yoon. The production process included a first script reading held in May 2021.

Cast

The series features a dual performance by Lee Ha-Nee, who portrays both the prosecutor Jo Yeon-Joo and the chaebol daughter-in-law Kang Mi-Na. Lee Sang-Yoon stars as Han Seung-Wook.
