Once Again
Once Again (Korean: 한 번 다녀왔습니다; RR: Han Bun Danyeowasseubmida) is a South Korean television series that aired on KBS2 from March 28 to September 13, 2020. It follows the lives of the Song family, exploring themes of marriage, divorce, and personal growth.
Plot Overview
The story centers on Song Young-Dal (Cheon Ho-Jin) and Jang Ok-Boon (Cha Hwa-Yeon), a married couple with four children: Joon-Sun (Oh Dae-Hwan), Ga-Hee (Oh Yoon-Ah), Na-Hee (Lee Min-Jung), and Da-Hee (Lee Cho-Hee). The narrative examines the complexities of their family dynamics, particularly as the adult children navigate their own marital struggles. Notably, the third child, Na-Hee, is a doctor who works at the same hospital as her husband, Kyu-Jin (Lee Sang-Yeob), though their relationship faces significant challenges. Meanwhile, the eldest children, Joon-Sun and Ga-Hee, are divorcees living with their parents, and the youngest, Da-Hee, navigates the difficulties of being a corporate intern.
Production
The series was directed by Lee Jae-Sang and written by Yang Hee-Seung. It occupied the KBS2 weekend time slot following the conclusion of Beautiful Love, Wonderful Life and was succeeded by Homemade Love Story in September 2020.
