On the Prairie (2003 South Korean TV Series)

On the Prairie (Korean: 저 푸른 초원위에; RR: Jeo Pureun Chowonwie) is a South Korean television drama series that aired on KBS2 from January 4 to June 29, 2003. The series consists of 52 episodes and was directed by Park Chan-hong with a screenplay written by Kim Ji-woo.

Plot

The series follows the relationship between Cha Tae-woong, an optimistic and principled car salesman, and Seong Yeon-ho, a pediatrician from an affluent background. Tae-woong is characterized by his strong moral convictions and refusal to compromise his integrity, even at the cost of his professional success. In contrast, Yeon-ho is depicted as a self-centered yet warm-hearted individual who navigates her life with a restless and impulsive personality.
