Plot

The story follows Woo-Sang, played by Lee Jong-Suk, a national-level swimmer determined to secure the top position in his sport. His path crosses with Won-Il, portrayed by Seo In-Guk, a gifted swimmer who previously stepped away from competitive swimming but decides to make a return to the pool. The film depicts their journey, personal struggles, and the intense rivalry that develops between them.

Production

Principal photography for No Breathing began on May 19, 2013, and concluded in mid-August 2013. The production team traveled to Davao City, Philippines, in August 2013 to film specific overseas training sequences.
