New Old Story (2018 Film)
New Old Story (Korean: 신 전래동화) is a 2018 South Korean film directed and written by Lee Sang-Hoon. The film serves as a modern-day reimagining of the classic Korean folktale Heungbu and Nolbu, which dates back to the late Joseon Dynasty.

Plot
The narrative follows Heung-Bu (Jae Hee), who loses his family inheritance following the death of his father. While Heung-Bu is away fulfilling his mandatory military service, his older stepbrother, Nol-Bu (Yoon Ki-Won), seizes control of the family estate. Upon his discharge, Heung-Bu finds himself working as a taxi driver. He discovers that his former fiancée, Shim-Chung (Yoo Da-Mi), has fallen into debt to Nol-Bu due to her father's medical expenses and is working at a room salon owned by his brother. Driven by these circumstances, Heung-Bu seeks revenge against Nol-Bu.
