Navillera
Navillera is a South Korean television series that aired on the cable network tvN in 2021. The 12-episode drama, directed by Han Dong-Hwa and written by Lee Eun-Mi, is based on the webcomic Nabillera, which was written by Hun and illustrated by Ji-Min. The original webcomic was serialized on the Daum Webtoon platform between July 26, 2016, and October 31, 2017.
Plot
The story centers on Sim Deok-Chool, a 70-year-old retiree who spent his life working at a post office to support his family, often setting aside his personal aspirations. Upon retirement, he decides to pursue his lifelong dream of learning ballet. Despite initial resistance from his family, he joins a ballet academy. There, he encounters Lee Chae-Rok, a 23-year-old dancer struggling with financial hardship and a fading passion for the art form. The series explores the development of their relationship as they support each other through their respective challenges.

Navillera was broadcast on tvN during the Monday and Tuesday 21:00 time slot. It premiered on March 22, 2021, and concluded on April 27, 2021. The series succeeded L.U.C.A.: The Beginning and was followed by Doom at Your Service.
