My Puppy (Korean: 멍뭉이; RR: Meongmoongi) is a 2023 South Korean drama film directed and written by Kim Joo-hwan. The film explores themes of companionship and responsibility, centering on the bond between a man and his dog.

Plot

Min-soo (Yoo Yeon-seok) is a young man who lives with his beloved puppy, Runni, whom he considers a brother. As he prepares for marriage, he faces an unforeseen crisis that makes it impossible for him to continue living with his pet. Seeking help, he reaches out to his older cousin, Jin-kook (Cha Tae-hyun), who is currently dealing with the bankruptcy of his own cafe. Together, the two embark on a road trip to find a suitable new guardian for Runni.
