My New Partner (Korean: 마이 뉴 파트너) is a 2008 South Korean crime drama film directed by Kim Jong-hyeon. The film explores the strained relationship between an estranged father and son who are forced to work together as police officers.

Plot
The story follows Kang Young-joon (Jo Han-sun), a graduate of the Police Academy who serves as a lieutenant in the Internal Investigation Bureau. Young-joon is characterized by his intelligence and cold, methodical approach to his work. His life takes a turn when he is assigned to a special investigation team led by Kang Min-ho (Ahn Sung-ki), his estranged father. The two share a deep-seated mutual resentment, and their opposing professional styles—Min-ho relies on intuition and sentiment, while Young-joon favors rigid procedure—create significant friction as they attempt to dismantle a criminal gang.
