The film was directed by Chung Ji-Young, who also contributed to the screenplay alongside writers Kim Seong-Hyeon and Kim Hyeon-Woo. Cinematography was handled by Kim Hyeong-Gu. Plot Synopsis

The narrative centers on Jeong-Sun, a mother played by Yum Hye-Ran, who lives with psychological trauma stemming from the Jeju uprising that began in April 1948. Her son, Young-Ok, portrayed by Shin Woo-Bin, expresses a desire to change his name because he considers it old-fashioned and feminine. As Young-Ok uncovers Jeong-Sun's hidden past and memories from fifty years prior, mother and son gradually come to understand each other.
