My Man is Cupid (Korean: 내 남자는 큐피드) is a South Korean fantasy romance television series that premiered on December 1, 2023, and concluded on January 19, 2024. The series was directed by Nam Tae-Jin and Myung Hyun-Woo, with the screenplay written by Heo Sung-Hee. It was distributed internationally through Amazon Prime Video.
Plot
The story follows Cheon Sang-Hyuk (Jang Dong-Yoon), a charismatic fairy who has spent centuries interacting with humans. Five hundred years prior to the events of the series, his wings were burned, forcing him to undergo 28 metamorphoses in an attempt to restore them. During his 28th transformation, he encounters Oh Baek-Ryeon (Nana), a veterinarian.
Oh Baek-Ryeon is known for her striking appearance, which draws many men to her. However, she remains single because every man who enters a romantic relationship with her experiences a near-death event, leading them to abandon the relationship. Despite this history of misfortune, she continues to search for her fated partner.
