My Love (Korean: 내사랑; RR: Nae Sarang) is a 2007 South Korean romantic drama film directed by Lee Han. The film explores the interconnected lives of several couples as they navigate the complexities of romance, grief, and personal growth. Plot
The narrative follows four distinct couples, each dealing with unique challenges in their relationships. Se-Jin (Kam Woo-Sung) is deeply in love with his girlfriend, Joo-Won (Choi Gang-Hee), but struggles with the fear that she might one day leave him. Meanwhile, So-Hyun (Lee Yeon-Hee) develops feelings for Ji-Woo (Jung Il-Woo), a college senior who is still mourning a past relationship. So-Hyun attempts to grow closer to him by asking him to teach her how to drink.
The film also depicts the struggles of a workaholic couple, Jung-Suk (Ryu Seung-Ryong) and Soo-Jung (Lim Jung-Eun), as they attempt to build a future together while Jung-Suk continues to grapple with the loss of his late wife. Additionally, the story follows Jin-Man (Uhm Tae-Woong), who returns to South Korea after six years of traveling and participating in a global "free hug" campaign, hoping to reconnect with a former partner using only an outdated phone number.
