My Dangerous Wife is a South Korean television series that aired on the MBN network from October 5 to November 24, 2020. The 16-episode drama is a remake of the 2016 Japanese series of the same name, originally produced by Fuji TV and KTV.

Plot Summary

The story centers on the seemingly perfect marriage of Sim Jae-Kyeong and Kim Yoon-Cheol. Sim Jae-Kyeong, portrayed by Kim Jung-Eun, is characterized as intelligent, kind, and wealthy. Her husband, Kim Yoon-Cheol, played by Choi Won-Young, is a popular chef who has grown bored with his domestic life and feels stifled by his wife. The couple's life takes a dramatic turn when Sim Jae-Kyeong becomes involved in a mysterious kidnapping case, which exposes the underlying tensions and secrets within their six-year marriage. Complicating matters is Jin Sun-Mi, an employee at Yoon-Cheol's Italian restaurant who harbors a personal agenda and is determined to manipulate the situation to her advantage.
