My Bias, My Boss: South Korean Television Drama Series
My Bias, My Boss (Korean: 최애의 사원; Revised Romanization: Choiaeui Sawon; literal title: Bias' Employee) is a South Korean television drama series broadcast by tvN. Directed by Park Ji-Hyun and written by Lee Young and Kim Ji-An, the 12-episode series is scheduled to air from August 3 to September 8, 2026, occupying the Monday and Tuesday 20:50 time slot.[1] The series is adapted from the webcomic series Woori Obbaneun Idol by Seong-Eun, which was published on Naver Webtoon from September 8, 2017, to February 21, 2020.[2]

Plot Synopsis
The narrative centers on Kang Ha-Gi, portrayed by Kang Hoon, who serves as the CEO of the fashion startup Appello. While perceived as cold from a distance, Ha-Gi maintains a warm disposition, though his calm and collected demeanor is disrupted by the arrival of a new employee, Nam Da-Reum, played by Kim Hye-Jun.

For eleven years, Nam Da-Reum has been an avid fan of idol group member turned actor Lee Chan, played by Cha Woo-Min. Opting against a career opportunity at a major corporation, Da-Reum chooses to work at Appello, where Lee Chan is employed as a director. Her professional ambitions become complicated when her personal history as a fan intersects directly with her interactions with CEO Kang Ha-Gi.

Meanwhile, Lee Chan has transitioned successfully from idol performer to mainstream actor, achieving iconic status. Despite his outwardly perfect life, he carries a private sense of isolation as he assumes his role at Appello and encounters his longtime fan, Nam Da-Reum.
