Ms. Temper & Nam Jung-Gi

Ms. Temper & Nam Jung-Gi (Korean: 욱씨남정기; RR: Wookssinamjunggi), also known by its English title My Horrible Boss, is a South Korean television drama series that aired on JTBC from March 18 to May 7, 2016. The series consists of 16 episodes and was broadcast in the Friday and Saturday 20:30 time slot.

Plot

The story centers on the professional relationship between two employees at a cosmetics company. Ok Da-Jung (Lee Yo-Won) is a high-achieving, assertive team leader known for her short temper and unconventional personal life, having been divorced three times. In contrast, Nam Jung-Gi (Yoon Sang-Hyun) is a section chief characterized by his timid, agreeable, and cautious nature. Their conflicting personalities create friction within the workplace.

Production

The first script reading for the series was held on January 29, 2016, at the JTBC building in Sangam, Seoul. The drama followed Madame Antoine: The Love Therapist in its time slot and was succeeded by Secret Healer.
