Mom is Acting Up (Korean: 엄마가 뭐길래; RR: Ummaga Meogilrae) is a South Korean television series that aired on MBC from October 9 to December 25, 2012. The sitcom, which spanned 27 episodes, was broadcast in the Monday to Friday 19:45 time slot.

Plot

The series centers on the domestic dynamics within the home of the matriarch, Moon-Hee (played by Na Moon-Hee). The household already includes her eldest child, Jung-Hak (Park Jung-Hak), and his wife, Mi-Sun (Park Mi-Sun). Conflict arises when Moon-Hee's second child, Seo-Hyung (Kim Seo-Hyung), and her husband, Seung-Soo (Ryu Seung-Soo), move into the home under the pretense that their own residence is undergoing construction. Tensions escalate when Mi-Sun discovers that Seo-Hyung's family has permanently registered their address at the household without her prior knowledge.
