Modern Farmer (Korean: 모던파머; RR: Modeonpameo) is a South Korean television series that aired on SBS from October 18 to December 27, 2014. The comedy-drama follows the lives of four young men who decide to leave their urban lives behind to pursue farming in the countryside.
Plot
The story centers on a rock band named "Excellent Souls." Faced with the challenges of their music career, the four members—Lee Min-ki, Kang Hyeok, Yoo Han-cheol, and Han Ki-joon—make the unconventional decision to move to a rural village. The series chronicles their attempts to adapt to agricultural life, exploring their personal growth, romantic interests, and the strengthening of their friendships.

Production
The series was directed by Oh Jin-seok and written by Kim Ki-ho. It aired in the Saturday and Sunday 20:40 time slot on SBS. It followed the conclusion of the series Glorious Day and was succeeded by The Family Is Coming in January 2015.
