Moby Dick (Korean: 모비딕; RR: Mobidik) is a 2011 South Korean suspense-thriller film directed by Park In-je. The film explores themes of government conspiracy and investigative journalism, set against the backdrop of a mysterious explosion in 1990s Seoul.

Plot
The story begins on November 20, 1994, when a mysterious explosion occurs at the Balam Bridge in Seoul. Lee Bang-woo (Hwang Jung-min), a dedicated local news reporter, is approached by an old acquaintance named Yoon-hyuk (Jin Goo). Yoon-hyuk provides documents suggesting that the bridge explosion was not an accident but a state-sponsored fabrication. Determined to uncover the truth, Lee Bang-woo collaborates with fellow journalists Son Jin-ki (Kim Sang-ho) and Sung Hyo-kwan (Kim Min-hee). As they investigate, the team faces intimidation and threats from powerful figures attempting to suppress the story.

Production and Release
The film was directed by Park In-je, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Park Shin-kyu. During its early development, the film was known by the working title The Informers. It was released in South Korea on June 9, 2011, and distributed by Showbox. The film had an international festival premiere at the 14th Udine Far East Film Festival in 2012.
