Miss Monte-Cristo

Miss Monte-Cristo (Korean: 미스 몬테크리스토) is a South Korean television series that aired on KBS2 from February 15 to July 2, 2021. The drama, which consists of 100 episodes, was broadcast in the Monday to Friday 19:50 time slot.

Plot

The series follows the story of Go Eun-Zo, a talented and promising fashion designer who aspires to create clothing that brings happiness to others, inspired by the legacy of her late father. Her life takes a tragic turn when she is betrayed by those she considered her closest friends. Stripped of everything she holds dear, Go Eun-Zo embarks on a path of vengeance against those responsible for her downfall.

Production

The series was directed by Park Ki-Ho and written by Jeong Hye-Won. It occupied the KBS2 weekday evening time slot, succeeding the drama Man in a Veil and preceding the series Red Shoes, which began airing on July 5, 2021.

Cast

The main cast includes Lee So-Yeon as Go Eun-Zo (later known as Hwang Ga-Heun), Choi Yeo-Jin as Oh Ha-Ra, Kyoung Sung-Hwan as Cha Sun-Hyeok, and Lee Sang-Bo as Oh Ha-Joon.
