It occupied the broadcasting schedule previously held by Jaa, Anta ga Tsukutte Miro yo and was followed by Toki Sudeni Osushi!? in April 2026.
Background and Production
The series is adapted from the webcomic Mirai no Musuko, which was written by Kumiko Aso and illustrated by Hazime Kuromugi. The original source material was published between April 2022 and May 2025 via the Yanjan platform. Screenwriting for the television adaptation was handled by Nishioka to Neil and Nanoha Ito, while the directing duties were shared by Taichi Imura, Juntaro Furubayashi, and Masahide Izumi.
