Minna! Esupa Dayo! Bangaihen: Esupa, Miyako e Iku (Japanese: みんな！エスパーだよ！番外編　～エスパー、都へ行く～) is a 2015 Japanese television special directed by Sion Sono. It serves as a spin-off to the 2013 television series All Esper Dayo! and is based on the manga series Minna! Esupa Dayo! by Kiminori Wakasugi, which began serialization in Weekly Young Magazine in 2009.

Plot

The story follows high school student Yoshiro Kamogawa, played by Shota Sometani, who possesses the ability to read the minds of others. After receiving a request for help from Sae Asami (Erina Mano), for whom he harbors romantic feelings, Yoshiro travels to Tokyo. He infiltrates the high school attended by Sae and becomes embroiled in a conflict involving three distinct groups while attempting to assist her. The narrative also features Shizuka Tachibana (Rie Kitahara), who develops feelings for Yoshiro.

Production and Release

The special was produced by Takeshi Moriya and broadcast on TV Tokyo on April 3, 2015. It is part of a broader media franchise that includes the original 2013 television series and the 2015 feature film The Virgin Psychics (Eiga Minna! Esupa Dayo!).
