Milky Way Liberation Front (Korean: 은하해방전선; RR: Eunhahae Bangjeonseon) is a 2007 South Korean comedy film written and directed by Yoon Seong-Ho. The film explores the life of a struggling filmmaker navigating personal heartbreak and professional setbacks.

Plot

The story centers on Young-jae, a rookie filmmaker who faces a series of personal and creative crises. After being dumped by his girlfriend, Eun-ha, Young-jae finds himself unable to write his next screenplay. His frustration leads to a temporary case of aphasia. While he attempts to secure casting and investment for his project, he faces competition from a pair of "genius" filmmakers known as the Mongolian brothers, who are favored by his production company. With the help of an actor named Hyuk-kwon, Young-jae attempts to navigate these challenges.

The film was produced by Kim Il-Kwon and Kim-Jho Gwang-Soo, with cinematography by Kwon Seng-Jun. It was distributed by Indiestory and released in South Korea on November 29, 2007. The film has a runtime of 99 minutes. It was screened at the 3rd Korean Film Festival in Paris in 2008.
