Megami Sama (Japanese: めがみさま) is a Japanese suspense-drama film released on June 10, 2017. Directed by Taro Miyaoka, the film explores themes of personal struggle and psychological transformation.

Plot

The story follows Rika Sakura, a woman facing significant adversity in her daily life, including workplace bullying and a strained relationship with her mother. After being dismissed from her job due to the actions of a coworker, Rika reaches a breaking point and contemplates suicide. Her perspective begins to shift when she encounters Rabu, a therapist who has successfully navigated similar life challenges and now advocates for living life to its fullest potential.
