Marathon (2005 South Korean Film)
Marathon (Korean: 말아톤; RR: Maraton) is a 2005 South Korean drama film directed by Yoon-Chul Jeong. The film explores the life of Yoon Cho-Won, a young man with autism, and his relationship with his mother as he pursues his passion for long-distance running.

Plot
Twenty-year-old Yoon Cho-Won (played by Cho Seung-Woo) is a young man with autism who lives with his highly protective mother, Kyung-Sook (Kim Mi-Sook), and his younger brother, Jung-Won (Baek Sung-Hyun). While his brother occasionally struggles with the focus his mother places on Cho-Won, Cho-Won finds a sense of purpose through running. After he places third in a race, his mother hires a coach to help him train for a marathon, with the goal of completing the race in under three hours.
