Love You as the World Ends Season 3 (Japanese: 君と世界が終わる日に) is the third installment in the Japanese post-apocalyptic television drama series of the same name. The series, which explores survival in a world overrun by the Golem virus, was released on the streaming platform Hulu in Japan.
Production
The third season consists of six episodes and was released between February 25 and April 1, 2022. Production for the season commenced in late October 2021. The series was directed by Tsuyoshi Nakakuki, Shintaro Sugawara, and Karibu Hobo, with scripts written by Kentaro Ushio and Ryota Tsukuda.
Plot
The narrative continues the story of Hibiki Mamiya, portrayed by Ryoma Takeuchi. Following the events of the previous season, Kurumi Ogasawara, played by Ayami Nakajo, has disappeared while infected with the Golem virus and pregnant with Hibiki's child. The season picks up ten months after her disappearance.
