Love with Flaws
Love with Flaws (Korean: 하자있는 인간들; RR: Hajaitneun Ingandeul) is a South Korean television series that aired on the MBC network. The romantic comedy drama was directed by Oh Jin-seok and written by An Shin-yoo. It premiered on November 27, 2019, and concluded its 32-episode run on January 16, 2020.
Plot
The series follows the lives of Lee Kang-woo, a man obsessed with his physical appearance due to past trauma involving rejection, and Joo Seo-yeon, a physical education teacher who harbors a strong dislike for handsome men. Seo-yeon's aversion stems from the complications caused by her three attractive brothers. Despite their initial conflicts and opposing views on relationships, the two characters eventually develop romantic feelings for one another.
Production
The production of Love with Flaws began with the first script reading, which took place in South Korea during the late summer of 2019. The series occupied the Wednesday and Thursday 21:00 time slot on MBC, succeeding the drama Extraordinary You. Following the conclusion of Love with Flaws, the time slot was taken over by The Game: Towards Zero on January 22, 2020.
