Lost and Found (2010)

Lost and Found (Korean: 뭘 또 그렇게까지) is a 2010 South Korean drama film directed and written by Jeon Kye-Su. The film explores themes of artistic struggle and personal connection through the story of a painter seeking inspiration.

Plot

The story centers on Jo Chan-Woo (Lee Dong-Kyu), a painter experiencing a professional slump. While traveling to attend a seminar, he stops in a quiet literature village near Chuncheon. During his visit, he encounters Kim Yoo-Jung (Joo Min-Ha), a graduate student who is questioning her own artistic abilities. As the two spend time touring the area, Chan-Woo begins to develop feelings for Yoo-Jung while offering her guidance on her creative path.

Production and Release

The film was produced by Kim Hoon, Bae Jung-Min, and Oh Dong-Jin, with cinematography by Kim Young-Min. It held its world premiere at the 14th Pusan International Film Festival on October 9, 2009, as part of the Korean Cinema Today - Vision section. The film was subsequently released in South Korean theaters on April 29, 2010. It has a runtime of 81 minutes.
