Longing for You (Korean: 오랫동안 당신을 기다렸습니다) is a South Korean television crime drama series that aired from July 26 to September 7, 2023. The series was broadcast on the ENA network on Wednesday and Thursday at 21:00 KST. It consists of 14 episodes.

Plot

The story follows Oh Jin-sung, a detective working in the countryside who becomes embroiled in a quest for justice following the murder of his younger brother, Oh Jin-woo. As the investigation unfolds, Jin-sung uncovers a complex web of secrets involving powerful figures.

Production

The series was directed by Han Chul-soo and Kim Yong-min, with a screenplay written by Kwon Min-soo. It occupied the ENA Wednesday and Thursday 21:00 time slot, succeeding Battle for Happiness and preceding The Kidnapping Day. Director Han Chul-soo and lead actress Kim Ji-eun previously collaborated on the 2022 SBS drama Again My Life.
