Listener (2015 Film)

Listener (Japanese: リスナー, Hepburn: Risuna) is a 2015 Japanese omnibus film. The project consists of five interconnected stories that revolve around the operations of a radio station and the experiences of its listeners. The film was distributed by the Graduate School of Film and New Media at the Tokyo University of the Arts.

Production

The film features segments directed by five different filmmakers: Mari Kawakita (episode 1), Takahiro Horie (episode 2), Yoo Won-Sang (episode 3), Yousuke Yamashita (episode 4), and Yasumasa Konno (episode 5). It has a total runtime of 111 minutes and was released on February 28, 2015.
