Legal V: Ex-Lawyer Shoko Takanashi (Japanese: リーガルV～元弁護士・小鳥遊翔子～) is a Japanese television drama series that aired on TV Asahi from October 11 to December 13, 2018. The series consists of nine episodes and was broadcast in the Thursday 21:00 time slot.

Plot

The story follows Shoko Takanashi, portrayed by Ryoko Yonekura, a former lawyer who was disbarred following a past incident. Despite losing her license, she remains determined to pursue justice. Takanashi convinces a university professor, who holds a valid law license, to establish a new law office. She then assembles a team, including a lawyer and a paralegal, to take on challenging civil cases, often pitting them against large, established law firms.
