Law School (South Korean Television Series)

Law School is a South Korean television series that aired on JTBC from April 14 to June 9, 2021. The drama follows the lives of students and faculty at a prestigious law school who become entangled in an unusual legal case.

Premise

The series centers on Yang Jong-Hoon, a former prosecutor turned law professor known for his blunt and demanding teaching style. While his students often find his methods harsh, he remains committed to training competent legal professionals. The narrative unfolds as he and his students, including the top-performing Han Joon-Hwi and the determined Kang Sol, find themselves at the center of a complex legal investigation.

Production and Broadcast

The series was directed by Kim Suk-Yoon and written by Seo In. It occupied the Wednesday and Thursday 21:00 time slot on JTBC. The show followed the conclusion of Sisyphus: The Myth and preceded Monthly Magazine Home, which began airing on June 16, 2021.

Due to the broadcast of the 57th BaekSang Arts Awards on Thursday, May 13, 2021, the airing schedule for the series was adjusted. Episode 10, originally slated for that date, was rescheduled to air on Wednesday, May 19, 2021.
