Kwon Oh-Soo: South Korean Actor and Supporting Cast Member

Kwon Oh-Soo (Hangul: 권오수) is a South Korean actor known for his work across film and television drama productions. Born in 1967 in South Korea, he has built a diverse career portraying various supporting and minor characters in mainstream South Korean cinema and television series.

Film Career

Kwon began taking on numerous supporting roles in feature films during the 2010s. His early film credits include playing a headquarters CP in We are Brothers (2014). Throughout the mid-to-late 2010s, he appeared in prominent Korean films such as The Age of Shadows (2016), Tunnel (2016) as a construction manager, Midnight Runners (2017), and Ordinary Person (2017) as Assemblyman Na. He also played an autopsy doctor in Heart Blackened (2017), a gambling house old man in Unstoppable (2018), and a doctor in the thriller The Closet (2020).

Television Appearances

In addition to his film work, Kwon has established an extensive presence in television dramas across various South Korean networks and streaming platforms. His early television roles included appearances in Goodbye to Goodbye (2018), Matrimonial Chaos (2018), Less than Evil (2018–2019), and Item (2019). Into the 2020s, he secured guest and supporting roles in major television projects, including Hospital Playlist 2 (2021), The Glory Part 2 (2023) as Psychiatrist Kim Choon-Woo, Strong Girl Nam-Soon (2023) as Judge Hwang Tae-Jun, The Fiery Priest 2 (2024), Pro Bono (2025), Climax (2026), and The WONDERfools (2026).
