Koji Tokuo

Koji Tokuo (徳尾浩司) is a Japanese screenwriter known for his contributions to television drama series and feature films. Born on April 2, 1979, in Japan, Tokuo has built an extensive filmography spanning various networks and genres, ranging from romantic comedies to mystery and thriller productions.

Career and Major Works

Tokuo has worked extensively across Japanese commercial television and film. One of his most widely recognized writing projects is the Ossan's Love franchise, which began as a television special in 2016, followed by a serialized drama in 2018, subsequent spin-offs and sequels including Ossan's Love: In The Sky (2019) and Ossanzu Rabu: Returns (2024), and the feature film adaptation Ossan's Love: Love or Dead (2019).
