King of Baking, Kim Tak-Goo
King of Baking, Kim Tak-Goo (also known as Bread, Love and Dreams) is a South Korean television drama series that aired on KBS2 from June 9 to September 16, 2010. Directed by Lee Jung-Sub and written by Kang Eun-Kyung, the series follows the life of Kim Tak-Goo from the 1970s through the late 1980s as he strives to become a successful baker.

Plot Overview
The story centers on the complex dynamics of the Geosung baking company, led by president Koo Il-joong. Despite his marriage to Suh In-sook, Koo Il-joong maintains a deep affection for Kim Mi-soon. Their relationship leads to the birth of a son, Kim Tak-Goo. Fearing that Tak-Goo might threaten the inheritance of her own son, Ma-joon—conceived through an affair with the company's chief secretary, Han Seung-jae—Suh In-sook conspires against Tak-Goo. As the narrative progresses, Tak-Goo faces numerous hardships, eventually finding a mentor in Pal-Bong, the proprietor of Palbong Bakery, where he hones his craft.
